• Representing a leading oil company in arbitration proceedings bothering on $350 Million dispute over the provision of 2000HP x 10000PSI Heavy Duty Swamp Drilling Rig for drilling operations.
• Acting as counsel in arbitration award enforcement proceedings bothering on award involving millions of Naira arising from breach of a Bank guarantee.
• Acting as counsel in setting aside several arbitration awards wrongfully given against our Clients.

Banking and Finance

• Recovering of huge sums of money illegally and neglectingly deducted from a client’s account with a Nigerian commercial Bank.
• Advising a Nigerian micro-finance bank on compliance and revision of bank’s loan documentation templates.
• Providing consultation services to some of the leading Nigerian Commercial Banks.
• Advising and representing corporate firms in respect of various transactions involving credit facilities worth several millions of Naira.

Litigation

• Defence Counsel to Nigeria’s leading media organization and defends the media organization in libel cases all over the country.
• Defence counsel in several criminal cases bothering on money laundering charges and theft.
• Successfully defended an organization in an allegation bothering on obtaining by false pretence and falsification of documents which could have led to the winding up of the company.
• Representing clearing agents in a criminal allegation of importation of contraband goods not contained in the Bill of Lading handed over to the clearing agents by the importer.
• Representing an oil and gas company in a claim for damages over a purported breach of contract.
• Representing companies and individuals in land disputes all over Nigeria from the High Court to the Supreme Court.
• Representing Traditional Rulers in disputes arising from their ancestral stools in Chieftaincy matters in various parts of Nigeria.

Administrative/Constitutional/Electoral Law

• Represented the majority leader of the Lagos State House of Assembly in an action challenging the unlawful removal of the Honourable Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly in 2025.
• Lead counsel for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate in the 2023 Lagos State Gubernatorial Election who challenged the return of The All Progressive Party’s candidate up to the Supreme Court.
• Prosecuting counsel in the INEC first ever successful prosecution of Electoral offence in Nigeria in 2021.
• Prosecuting counsel in the INEC second ever successful prosecution of Electoral offence in Nigeria in 2025.
• Lead counsel in the Election Petition cases in Lagos State, Delta State and Other States for both House of Assembly and National Assembly Election Matters
• Representing, at different times, the Governors of different states in Nigeria at the Governorship Election Tribunals in respect of election petitions challenging their respective elections into office.

• Representing a foreign firm in the recovery of almost $4million dollars debt owed by local companies.
• Representing local companies against commercial banks for violation of terms of facilities and wrongful deductions.

• Successfully represented shipping companies over arrested vessels at the High Courts, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Nigeria.

Employment

• Successfully defended and still defending foreign and local companies over alleged wrongful termination of appointments.

Oil and Gas

• Major counsel to a multinational Oil and Gas company which pioneered the production and distribution of liquified natural gas for domestic use in Nigeria using an innovative virtual pipeline system for supply of gas to the six geo-political zones in Nigeria.

• Counsel to a multi-national company which specializes in the importation, storage and marketing of bitumen, bituminous products and automative gas oil in Nigeria.
